Smart Loft Storage Solutions were delighted to be appointed to complete a loft/attic flooring project in a 7 year old modern property in Glasgow.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the house had a sufficient amount of loft insulation. However the previous tradesman who had installed a CCTV camera in the property a few years ago, left the insulation in a very uneven state, which meant it was inefficient.
Smart Loft Storage Solutions relaid the insulation for maximum effect – and energy savings – prior to fitting the raised loft flooring.
We fitted 12m2 of raised flooring using 300mm Loft LEgs XL in the central section of the loft using 300mm Loft Legs XL. We then installed a three section Aluminum Loft Ladder to the hatch for safe and easy entry and exit.
The loft flooring project in Glasgow took two Loft flooring installers a total of 4 hours.
